Accepting a submission

On the Pending tab of Submission Reviews, each row has an Accept button. Click it to approve the submission.

When you accept a submission:

• The submission status changes to Accepted.

• A testimonial is created in your library from the submission content.

• The submitter is created as a client (or matched to an existing client by email) and linked to the testimonial.

• If the collection link had folders or embeddings set as destinations, the testimonial is added to them automatically.

There is no confirmation dialog. The action applies immediately.

Rejecting a submission

Each row on the Pending tab also has a Reject button. Click it to decline the submission.

When you reject a submission:

• The submission status changes to Rejected.

• No testimonial is created.

• The submission moves to the Rejected tab and a Deletes in countdown appears, showing how much time remains before it is permanently removed.

There is no confirmation dialog.

Rejected submissions and deletion

Rejected submissions are deleted automatically. The Deletes in column on the Rejected tab shows a countdown from the time the rejection was made. Once the countdown reaches zero, the submission is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Re-approving a rejected submission

You can change your mind on a rejected submission while it is still within the deletion window. On the Rejected tab, each row has an Approve button. Click it to accept the submission and create a testimonial from it, the same as if you had clicked Accept originally.

Accepting an already-accepted submission

Accepted submissions cannot be reversed. Once a testimonial has been created from a submission, there is no undo within the Submission Reviews page.

Bulk actions

On the Pending tab, you can select multiple submissions at once using the checkboxes on each row.

Once rows are selected, a toolbar appears with:

• Accept {n} — accepts all selected submissions and creates testimonials for each

• Reject {n} — rejects all selected submissions

To select every pending submission at once, use the checkbox in the table header.

Approve all

When there are pending submissions, an Approve all button appears at the top of the page. Clicking it accepts every pending submission in the Space at once, not just the ones visible on screen.

Auto-approve

If a collection link has Auto-approve turned on, submissions from that link bypass the review queue entirely. They are accepted the moment they are submitted and go straight to your testimonials library. They appear on the Accepted tab of Submission Reviews, not the Pending tab.
