Billing & Usage is the sixth item in the Settings sidebar. It shows your current plan, your usage across testimonial types, plan options, and payment and invoice management.

Available plans

Endors has three plans:

Starter and Growth subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Annual billing is available at checkout and saves you money compared to paying month to month.

Need more than Growth can handle? We've got you. Reach out for an Enterprise plan built around your scale starting at $150/mo.

Current plan

When you have an active subscription, the Current Plan card shows:

• The plan name and a status badge: Active, Trial, Past due, or Canceled

• If on trial: Your 7-day free trial is active. Add a payment method to continue after the trial.

• Usage for each content type: Videos, Images, Text reviews, Documents, Collection links — shown as {used} / {total} or {used} (unlimited)

• A Change plan button that opens the Stripe billing portal

Choosing a plan

If you have no active subscription, the Choose a plan section shows the Free, Starter, and Growth plan cards. Click Subscribe on a paid plan to begin. The flow goes through Stripe checkout.

Payment information

The Payment information card links to your Stripe billing portal where you can update your payment method and billing details. Click Manage payment method to open it.

Invoice information

The Invoice information card lets you add your company name, email address, and Tax ID to invoice receipts. Click Add to fill in these details.

Invoices

The Invoices card shows a table of past invoices with columns for Date, Invoice #, Amount, Status, and a Download link. If no invoices are loaded in the panel, a link to the Stripe billing portal appears.

Payment failed

If a payment fails, a banner appears at the top of the Billing & Usage section:

Payment failed — We couldn't process your latest payment. Please update your payment method to keep your space active.

Click Update payment method to open the Stripe billing portal.

Paused space

If your space is paused due to no active subscription, a banner appears:

Your space is paused — Subscribe to a plan below to start using this space. Your existing data is safe and will be available once you subscribe.

The plan picker appears below so you can subscribe immediately.
