Collection links are created from the Links page in the left sidebar, which opens My Collection Links. You can also start the creation flow from a client record or from the Home page.

Choosing the link type

Click New Link on the My Collection Links page. A dropdown appears with two options:

• General — a public link suitable for sharing broadly. Anyone with the URL can submit.

• Client-specific — a link tied to one specific client in your database. Their details are prefilled in the form when they open the link.

Step 1: Link to a client (client-specific only)

If you chose Client-specific, the first step asks you to pick a client from your database. Search by name, email, or phone number and select the client you want to link this to.

This step is skipped for General links, and it is also skipped if you started the link creation from a client's record (the client is pre-selected automatically).

Step 2: Add to a folder or embedding

This step is optional. You can connect the link to one or more folders or embeddings so that testimonials accepted through this link are added to them automatically.

Use the search bar to find folders and embeddings, or filter between the two using the All, Folders, and Embeddings pills.

Click Skip if you want to set this up later or not at all. You can change destinations any time by editing the link.

Step 3: Configure the form

After clicking Next from Step 2, the full form builder opens. This is where you set up what the submitter sees and experiences.

Give the link a name at the top. If you leave the name field blank, Endors uses a default name based on today's date.

The form builder has three tabs on the right side — Fields, Content, and Layout — and a Pages panel on the left where you control which steps appear in the form.

When you are done, click Generate Link. Your link is created and a public URL is shown at the top of the page.

Plan limits

The number of collection links you can create depends on your plan:

• Starter: 3 collection links

• Growth: unlimited

• Pro: unlimited
