Creating & Switching Spaces

You can create as many Spaces as you need. Switching between them takes one click, and the app keeps you on the same section you were already viewing.

Creating a Space

There are two ways to open the creation dialog.

From the sidebar switcher

  1. Click your current Space name in the top-left of the sidebar.

  2. In the dropdown that opens, click Create new space.

  3. Type a name in the Space name field.

  4. Click Create Space.

After the Space is created you are taken directly to its Home page.

From the Spaces directory page

  1. Click Manage spaces in the sidebar switcher dropdown, or navigate to

    /spaces directly.

  2. Click New Space in the top-right area of the page.

  3. Type a name in the Space name field.

  4. Click Create Space.

After creation you land on the new Space's Home page.

Note: The creation dialog only asks for a name. To add a logo or set a brand color, go to Settings → Branding & Appearance after the Space has been created.

Switching between Spaces

  1. Click your current Space name in the top-left of the sidebar.

  2. Click any Space in the dropdown list.

The app navigates to the same section you were already on in the new Space. For example, if you were on the Testimonials page in Space A, switching to Space B takes you to the Testimonials page in Space B. Home is only the default landing when creating a brand-new Space.

Endors stores your last active Space in a browser cookie, so the next time you open the app you land in the Space you were using before.

The Spaces directory page

Navigate to /spaces (or click Manage spaces from the switcher) to see a card for every Space on your account. Each card shows:

  • The Space name

  • The date it was created

  • A Primary workspace badge, if applicable

  • A gear icon that opens the Space's Settings page

  • An Open space button that takes you into that Space's dashboard

From this page you can also create a new Space using the New Space button in the top-right area.
