Customizing the Form

Every collection link has its own form builder. Open it by clicking Edit on any link from the My Collection Links page. The builder is also shown as Step 3 when you create a new link.

The builder has a Pages panel on the left and three tabs on the right: Fields, Content, and Layout.

Pages

The Pages panel controls which steps appear in the form and in what order.

Every form starts with two fixed pages that cannot be removed:

  • Welcome Screen — the opening screen the submitter sees first.

  • Customer Details — collects the submitter's personal and company information.

An End Screen is always fixed at the bottom of the list.

Between those, you can add and reorder any of the following page types:

  • Star Rating — asks for a star rating

  • Video Testimonial — lets the submitter record or upload a video

  • Image Testimonial — lets the submitter upload an image

  • Text Testimonial — asks for a written testimonial

  • Document Upload — lets the submitter upload a file

  • Blank Page — a heading and body text with no submission field

To add a page, click Add page at the bottom of the panel and choose a type. To reorder, drag pages using the grip handle. Click a page row to select it and edit its settings in the tabs on the right. Click it again to toggle it on or off without removing it.

The maximum number of pages in a form is 12 including the End Screen.

Fields tab

The Fields tab controls which fields appear on the selected page and whether they are required.

For the Customer Details page:

The following fields can be toggled on or off:

  • First Name (always on)

  • Last Name

  • Profile Picture

  • Company Logo

  • Job Title

  • Company Name

  • Location

  • Product

  • Service

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Website

For each enabled field (except First Name), you can toggle Required on or off.

You can also add up to 6 custom fields using the Add field button. Each custom field gets its own label.

For the Video page:

You can enable Customer Prompts to show a list of questions to guide the submitter while recording. Add up to 5 questions (100 characters each) and set a heading for the prompts section.

For all other pages:

You can toggle Required to make the step mandatory before the submitter can continue.

Content tab

The Content tab controls the text shown on the selected page.

For each page you can edit:

  • Heading and its text color

  • Subheading (or body text) and its text color

For the End Screen, you also choose what happens after submission:

  • Show Thank You page — the submitter sees the end screen heading and subheading.

  • Redirect to URL — the submitter is sent to a URL you specify (for example, your website's thank-you page).

Layout tab

The Layout tab controls the visual appearance of the form.

Brand Logo

Upload a logo to display in the form header. Click Upload logo or drag and drop an image file. Accepted: PNG, SVG, JPEG, WebP (max 2 MB). Note: the logo you upload here is saved as your Space's brand logo and applies Space-wide, including in collection forms from other links.

Use the Show logo on form toggle to show or hide it for this link. Set its alignment using the left, center, or right buttons.

Background

Set the background color of the form using the Fill Colour picker.

Button

For each page you can set:

  • Button Text — the label on the primary action button (for example, Start on the welcome page, Continue on middle pages)

  • Fill Colour — the button's background color

  • Text Colour — the button's label color

Auto-approve

Below the Pages panel is the Auto-approve toggle. When on, submissions from this link are accepted automatically without needing manual review. They go directly to your testimonials library.

When off, submissions go to To Review and wait for you to accept or reject them.

Click Save changes after adjusting any settings to apply them.
