Importing Testimonials

If you already have testimonials stored in Testimonial.to, you can import them directly into Endors using One-Click Import. The import runs in the background and brings over your testimonials, ratings, and client records in one step.

Starting an import

Go to My Testimonials in the left sidebar and click One-Click Import in the page header.

Setting up the import

The One-Click Import dialog opens. Click Import from Testimonial.to expand the import section.

Enter your API Key from your Testimonial.to account, then click Import.

While the import runs

The dialog shows a live count of how many testimonials have been imported so far. You do not need to keep the dialog open. The import will continue in the background after you close it.

When the import finishes, the dialog updates to show the final count.

Import results

When complete, you will see how many testimonials were imported successfully. If some testimonials could not be imported, the dialog shows a separate count for those.

Click Done to close the dialog. Imported testimonials appear in the appropriate sections of your library (Video Testimonials, Text Testimonials, Image Testimonials) immediately.

What gets imported

Endors imports text, video, and image testimonials from Testimonial.to. For each testimonial, it also creates or matches a client record based on the reviewer's email address. If a client with that email already exists in your Space, the testimonial is linked to them. If not, a new client record is created.

Duplicate handling

Endors tracks which testimonials have already been imported. If you run an import more than once, testimonials that were already brought in are skipped automatically. You will not end up with duplicates.

Plan limits and skipped items

If you are at the storage limit for a testimonial type on your current plan, testimonials of that type are skipped during the import. The rest of the import continues normally. Skipped items are counted separately in the results and do not count as failures.

To import more than your current plan allows, upgrade from Settings > Billing & Usage.

Import errors

If the import fails to start (for example, because of an invalid API key), the dialog shows an error message and a Try again button that lets you re-enter your details and retry.
