Notifications

Notifications is the fourth item in the Settings sidebar. It has two subsections: App notifications and General communications. Each subsection has its own Save Changes button.

App notifications

These controls determine which workspace events appear in your in-app notification feed (the bell icon).

Description

New submission received

When a new testimonial form is submitted via a collection link. Includes submitter name, type, and rating.

Submission accepted

When you accept a submission and it's added to your testimonials library.

Testimonial created

When a new testimonial is created from an accepted submission.

New client added

When a new client is automatically created from an accepted submission.

Embedding created

When a new embed widget is created in your workspace.

Embedding limit reached

When a collection link tries to add a testimonial to an embedding that has already reached its maximum.

Collection link opened

When someone opens one of your collection links.

Click Save Changes to apply your preferences.

General communications

These checkboxes control which email communications you receive from Endors.

Click Unsubscribe from all to uncheck every option at once, then save. Click Save Changes to apply.
