This page walks you through the core workflow in Endors: collect a testimonial, approve it, and display it on your website. The whole process takes under ten minutes once you have an account.

The workflow

Collect → Review → Embed

That's the core loop. You collect testimonials through a form link, review what comes in, and publish them to your website through an embed.

Step 1: Create a collection link

Click Links in the sidebar, then New Link. Give your link a name, choose the testimonial type you want to collect (video, image, or text), and set up the form. When you are done, copy the link and send it to a customer.

The customer opens the link in their browser, records or uploads their testimonial, fills in their details, and submits. No account required on their end.

Step 2: Review the submission

When a customer submits, it appears in your review queue. Click To Review on the collection link, or press G then R to go to the reviews page.

Click a submission to preview it. Click Accept to add it to your testimonials library, or Reject to discard it.

Accepted submissions automatically create a testimonial and a client record.

Step 3: Create an embedding

Click Embeddings in the sidebar, then New Embedding.

Select the testimonials you want to display. Click Continue, choose a template, preview how it looks, give it a name, and click Create.

Step 4: Install on your website

Once the embedding is created, the Installation Snippet panel opens automatically. The snippet is a single <iframe> tag. Copy it and paste it into your website's HTML where you want the testimonials to appear.

That is all you need to install. From this point forward, any changes you make to the embedding in Endors — adding testimonials, updating the template design — appear on your website automatically without touching the code again.
