Security & MFA

Security & Data is the fifth item in the Settings sidebar. It covers two-factor authentication, data export, and space deletion. Password changes are handled in My Profile, not here.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

The Security card shows whether 2FA is currently on or off.

  • When off: Add an extra layer of security to your account.

  • When on via email: Protected via email verification code.

  • When on via authenticator app: Protected via authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).

Enabling 2FA

Click Enable. A dialog asks you to choose a method:

Authenticator app (recommended) — use Google Authenticator, Authy, or any TOTP-compatible app. After choosing this option, a QR code appears. Scan it with your app, then enter the 6-digit code to confirm.

Email code — a one-time code is sent to your email address each time you sign in.

After choosing email, a 6-digit code is sent immediately. Enter it to activate email 2FA.

Disabling 2FA

Click Disable. A confirmation dialog appears explaining that your account will only be protected by your password. Confirm with a verification code (email or TOTP depending on your active method).

Download account data

Click Download data to generate a ZIP file containing all your account data, including testimonials, clients, and settings. The button shows Downloading… and then Download ready when the file is prepared. The downloaded file is named endors-export-{YYYY-MM-DD}.zip.

Delete this space

The Data Management card contains the option to permanently delete the current workspace.

Click Delete space. A warning dialog lists everything that will be deleted:

  • Testimonials

  • Clients

  • Collection links

  • Folders

  • Embeddings

  • Templates

  • API keys and webhooks

  • Workspace settings and branding

Click I understand, continue to proceed to the final confirmation. Enter your account password and click Delete permanently. This action cannot be undone.
