Sharing a link
Every collection link has a unique public URL. Copy it and share it however you like โ email, SMS, a button on your website, or anywhere else.
To copy the URL:
On the My Collection Links page, open the row menu for a link and click Copy URL.
Or click any link row to open its detail panel, where the URL is shown with a copy button.
Or open the link in the form builder โ the URL is shown at the top of the builder page.
To preview the form:
Click Open page in the row menu or the open icon in the detail panel. This opens the public form URL in a new tab so you can see exactly what submitters will see.

Tracking submissions
The My Collection Links page shows submission counts for each link. The columns visible by default are:
Submissions โ total number of submissions received
Accepted โ submissions you have approved
Rejected โ submissions you have declined
Pending โ submissions waiting for review (shown in amber when greater than zero)
Status โ whether the link is Active or Inactive
Click any link row to open a detail panel with the same counts summarized.
You can control which columns are visible using the Manage Fields button in the toolbar. Columns you can toggle on or off include Name, Pages, Submissions, Accepted, Rejected, Pending, Created, Tags, and Status.

Reviewing pending submissions
Pending submissions are collected in the To Review queue. A button labeled To Review appears in the toolbar of the My Collection Links page. It shows a count of all pending submissions across all your links. Click it to go to the review page.
From there you can accept or reject each submission. Accepted submissions are added to your testimonials library. See the Reviews & Submissions section for full details on the review workflow.
Deactivating a link
To stop accepting new submissions through a link without deleting it, open the row menu and click Make Inactive. The link's status changes to Inactive and the public URL shows a "link not found" message to anyone who opens it.
To reactivate it, open the row menu and click Make Active.
