Space Settings

Each Space has its own Settings page. Settings are accessed by clicking Settings in the left sidebar while inside a Space, or by clicking the gear icon on a Space's card on the /spaces page.

Important: Settings are per-Space. Changes you make in one Space's Settings do not affect any other Space.

Settings sections

The left navigation inside Settings contains the following sections:

  • My Profile — your personal account details: name, company, and role.

  • Branding & Appearance — Space name, logo, and brand color.

  • Custom Fields — extra data fields attached to client records.

  • Notifications — email and in-app alert preferences.

  • Security & Data — two-factor authentication, data export, and Space deletion.

  • Billing & Usage — subscription plan, usage, invoices, and payment method.

  • API & Webhooks — API keys and outbound webhook endpoints.

  • Affiliate Portal — your referral link and commission tracking.

  • Feedback — send feedback or bug reports to the Endors team.

  • Leave Us a Testimonial — submit a testimonial for Endors from inside your account.

My Profile

Your personal account information: first name, last name, company, and role. These details are tied to your login, not to any specific Space. Changing them here updates them across all Spaces on your account.

Branding & Appearance

Controls how this Space looks in collection forms and email notifications.

Space Name The name shown in the sidebar, in the Space switcher, and in collection link forms. Edit the field and click Save changes to update it.

Logo Shown in the header of your collection link forms. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG, AVIF. Maximum file size: 2 MB. Upload by clicking the upload area or dragging and dropping a file onto it. After uploading, click Save changes to apply. Use the Remove link beneath the preview to clear an existing logo before saving.

Brand color The primary accent color used in your collection forms. Enter a hex value (for example #2563EB) or use the color picker. Click Save changes to apply.

Note: Space Name, Logo, and Brand color are all saved together when you click Save changes in this section.

Custom Fields

Define additional data fields to attach to client records. Custom fields let you capture information beyond the defaults (name, email, company) — for example, account tier, region, or any metadata relevant to your workflow. Fields created here appear when managing clients in this Space.

Notifications

Configure when Endors sends you alerts.

Email notifications — toggle individual email alerts on or off. Notifications are sent to the email address associated with your account.

In-app notifications — toggle individual in-app alerts on or off.

Security & Data

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Protect your account with a second verification step at login. Endors supports two methods — you only need to enable one:

  • Authenticator app (TOTP) — use any TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.). Scan a QR code during setup.

  • Email OTP — a one-time code is sent to your account email address each time you sign in.

To enable 2FA, click Set up two-factor authentication and choose a method. To disable it, click the disable option and confirm with your current 2FA code.

Download your data

Export a copy of this Space's data. Click the download button to generate an export file.

Delete this space

Permanently deletes the Space and all data inside it. This action cannot be undone.

To delete a Space:

  1. In the Data Management section, click Delete space.

  2. Review the warning dialog listing everything that will be deleted, then click

    I understand, continue.

  3. Enter your account password to confirm.

  4. Click Delete permanently.

You cannot delete your only active Space. Create another Space first if you need to remove the current one.

Billing & Usage

View and manage the subscription plan for this Space. Because billing is per-Space, each Space you own can be on a different plan with its own billing cycle.

From this section you can:

  • View your current plan and the usage counts for this Space (videos, images, text testimonials, documents, collection links).

  • Upgrade or change your plan.

  • View and manage your payment method and invoices.

API & Webhooks

API Keys Generate keys to authenticate requests to the Endors REST API for this Space. Each key is scoped to the Space it was created in.

Webhooks Configure URLs for Endors to send POST requests to when events happen in this Space (for example, when a new submission is received or a testimonial is accepted). You can add multiple endpoints and view recent delivery logs for each one.

Send feedback, bug reports, or feature requests directly to the Endors team from inside the app.
