Submissions Data

Submission data in Endors is accessible in two places: the Submission Reviews page and the My Collection Links page. There is no separate export or dedicated submissions report page.

Viewing all submission history

The Submission Reviews page holds the full history of submissions for your Space across all status states. Use the filter tabs to navigate:

• Pending — submissions not yet reviewed

• Accepted — submissions that have been approved and turned into testimonials

• Rejected — submissions that have been declined (deleted automatically after the countdown expires)

• All — every submission in one view

Each row shows the type (Video, Image, Text, Document), the submitter's name and email, a content preview, the collection link it came through, the submission date, and the current status.

Click any row to open a preview with the full submission content and the submitter's details, including name, company, email, the collection link name, and the submission date.

Per-link submission counts

The My Collection Links page shows submission counts for each link in the table. The columns Submissions, Accepted, Rejected, and Pending give you a quick breakdown of how each link is performing.

Click any link row to open a detail panel that summarizes the counts: total, accepted, rejected, and pending.

These counts update in real time as new submissions arrive.

What happens to submission data over time

Accepted submissions remain visible on the Accepted tab indefinitely. The testimonial they created lives in your library.

Rejected submissions are automatically deleted after a short window (shown as a countdown in the Deletes in column on the Rejected tab). Once deleted, they are gone permanently.

Pending submissions stay until you act on them. They do not expire on their own.

Exporting submissions

There is no dedicated submissions export. If you need a record of your accepted testimonials, use the data export in Settings > Security & Data, which exports your testimonials library.
