When you delete a testimonial, it is not removed immediately. It moves to Trash, where it stays for 14 days before being permanently removed. You can restore it at any time during that window.

Deleting a testimonial

To delete a testimonial from your library, open the card menu and click Delete. A confirmation dialog appears:

"It will be moved to trash and permanently removed in 14 days."

Confirm by clicking Delete. The testimonial disappears from your library and appears in Trash.

You can also delete multiple testimonials at once. Select cards using the Select option in the card menu, then click Delete in the selection toolbar at the top of the page.

The Trash page

Click Trash in the left sidebar to open the Trash page.

The page shows a banner at the top:

"Items in trash are permanently deleted 14 days after being moved here. Restore an item to cancel its deletion."

When Trash is empty, the page shows: "Trash is empty. Deleted testimonials appear here for 14 days before being permanently removed."

What each item shows

Each item in Trash displays:

• The reviewer's name, or Unassigned User if the testimonial has no linked client

• A type badge: Video, Text, Image, or Document

• A countdown showing how many days remain before permanent deletion. Items with 2 days or fewer show Deleting soon in red.

Click any item to open a preview with more details.

Restoring a testimonial

To restore a single testimonial, open its row menu and click Restore. The testimonial moves back to your library immediately and the deletion countdown is cancelled.

To restore multiple items, select them using Select in the row menu, then click Restore in the selection toolbar. A confirmation dialog will ask you to confirm before restoring.

Permanently deleting from Trash

Items in Trash are automatically and permanently deleted 14 days after they were moved there. You can also delete them manually before that.

Delete a single item

Open the row menu and click Permanently delete. A confirmation dialog appears. You must acknowledge that the action cannot be undone before the Delete permanently button becomes active.

Delete multiple items

Select the items you want to remove, then click Delete in the selection toolbar. A confirmation dialog asks you to acknowledge the action before proceeding.

Clear all trash

Click Clear trash at the top of the Trash page to permanently delete everything currently in Trash at once. A confirmation dialog appears. You must acknowledge that every item will be removed permanently before clicking Clear trash to confirm.

This action cannot be undone.
