Endors supports four types of testimonials: Video, Image, Text, and Document. Each type has its own section in your testimonials library and its own storage limits depending on your plan.

Video Testimonials

Video testimonials are the most engaging format. Upload any standard video file and Endors processes it for playback in your embeds and previews.

Video testimonials support trim start, trim end, and a custom cover frame through the built-in Video Editor. These edits are non-destructive and apply to embed playback without modifying your original file.

Maximum video duration depends on your plan:

• Starter: 3 minutes

• Growth: 5 minutes

• Pro: 5 minutes

Image Testimonials

Image testimonials display a static visual alongside the reviewer's details and rating.

Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG, AVIF.

Text Testimonials

Text testimonials capture a written review. There is no file upload for this type. You enter the testimonial content directly in the form, along with the reviewer's personal and company details.

The Text Testimonials section includes an Export JSON button that lets you download all your text testimonials as a JSON file.

Document Testimonials

Document testimonials attach a file to a testimonial record. Useful for case studies, signed endorsements, or any written review in a document format.

Accepted file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF, Markdown, PPT, PPTX. Maximum file size: 50 MB.

Ratings

All testimonial types support a 5-star rating. Ratings are optional. You can add or edit a rating when creating or editing a testimonial.

Your testimonials library

All testimonials live on the My Testimonials page, accessed from the left sidebar. The page is organized into four sections:

• Video Testimonials

• Text Testimonials

• Image Testimonials

• My Documents

Use the search bar to find testimonials by name or content. Use the Type filter to show only specific types. Each section also has an Add card at the end of the grid to add a new testimonial directly into that type.

Storage limits by plan

Each plan has a limit on how many testimonials of each type you can store in a Space.

Starter: 5 video, 15 image, 30 text, 10 document

Growth: 55 video, 80 image, 90 text, 70 document

Pro: 100 video, 110 image, 120 text, 140 document
