What are Collection Links?
A collection link is a public URL you share with your customers so they can submit a testimonial without logging in to anything. They open a branded, multi-step form, fill in their details and testimonial, and submit. You receive the submission in your Endors account and decide whether to accept it.
Each link has its own form configuration, branding settings, and submission history. You can have as many links as your plan allows, each tailored for a different audience, campaign, or client.
How it works
You create a collection link in Endors and copy its public URL.
You share that URL with your customers by any method you choose — email, SMS, your website, wherever.
The customer opens the URL and fills in the form. No account or login required.
Their submission appears in your Endors account under To Review.
You review the submission and accept or reject it.
Accepted submissions become testimonials in your library and can be attached to folders or embeddings automatically.
You can also turn on Auto-approve on a link, which accepts submissions immediately without manual review.
What a submitter sees
The form walks the customer through a series of steps you have configured: a welcome screen, their contact details, the testimonial itself (video, image, text, or document), and a thank-you screen at the end. You control which steps appear and in what order.
Submission counts
Each link on the Links page shows how many submissions it has received, broken down into accepted, rejected, and pending counts. Pending submissions are waiting for your review.
