An embedding is a testimonial display you install on your website using a single snippet of code. You choose which testimonials to include, pick a visual template, and copy an iframe snippet. The display lives inside an iframe and updates automatically if you change its contents.

Embeddings live at Embeddings in the left sidebar. The page is titled My Embeddings.

The embeddings list

Each row in the list shows:

• The embedding name

• A type badge showing the kind of testimonials inside it: Video, Image, Text, or Document. Embeddings built on swappable templates also show a Swappable badge.

• The number of testimonials: {n} item or {n} items

• A status badge: Active or Inactive

Clicking a row opens the Installation Snippet panel for that embedding.

Row actions

Open the action menu on any row to access:

• Select — enters selection mode for bulk delete

• Copy snippet — copies the iframe code to your clipboard

• Rename — opens a dialog to rename the embedding

• Edit — opens the testimonial picker to change which testimonials are in the embedding

• Deactivate / Activate — toggles the embedding on or off. An inactive embedding stops loading on external sites.

• Delete — permanently deletes the embedding

Deleting an embedding

Deleting an embedding is permanent. Once deleted, the iframe snippet stops working on any website where it is installed.

A confirmation dialog appears with the message: "{name}" will be permanently deleted. The embed snippet will stop working on external sites. You must acknowledge that the action cannot be undone before confirming.

For bulk delete, select multiple embeddings using the Select option in a row menu, then click Delete.
